How to Return
We want you to love your shoes but we understand you may change your mind or they may not fit as well as you would like.
For all unworn items please include your returns form, without this we are unable to process your return.
We will, at our own discretion, accept returns provided the item/(s) are unused, in their original packaging (undamaged) and are in a saleable condition. We are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the shoe or an exchange for the same price as original purchase.
Items returned can only be sent to the address provided on the returns form.
We will not accept returns to shipping lockers / pick up points.
Full Price Items
If you need to return your unworn Full priced items you have 28 days from delivery to return for a full refund. We recommend a tracked or signed for service for your security. The returns form, address and details are on the order sheet included with your delivery.
Sale and Promotional items
Unworn promotion items and Returns During a Sale: please return within 14 days for a full refund. We recommend a tracked or signed for service for your security. The returns form, address and details are on the order sheet included with your delivery.
ALL goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and with all tags or labels attached.
